I recently had the pleasure of working with Tomer Shmuel with Massada Home Sales in the purchase of my condo in Williamsburg. As a first-time home buyer, I found that Tom was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgable when working with me. I had a lot of questions about the process, and Tom consistently reassured me that I was not being annoying in any way for carrying out my due diligence, which I greatly appreciated. Moreover, in a world where it's becoming increasingly harder to get a hold of people, Tom was incredibly quick with his responses to any of my questions/ongoing dialogue, which made the whole process quick and efficient. All that to say I definitely recommend working with Tom for anyone looking for a smooth home-buying experience!

Purchased our place in 2019 where Lean Pizante was the seller agent. Our experience from the beginning was very pleasant…everything went very smooth…. he and his colleague were very collaborative and responsive on text or call. Didn’t feel any push one way or another…didn’t feel the need to watch out for anyone to pull a fast one on us (unlike what you generally hear about the industry) …we worked out through the details and concerns pretty well and in a very short time. I am not an experienced home buyer (like most people) but I feel in this one experience that we had everything went as we hoped.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam Harris and Liat Rubin to help me sell my mothers property!! They were amazing from beginning to end! They managed to get me top dollar for the house in as-is condition. Not only that but they made sure the property would appraise and that the buyers were approved by the bank. They took care of this situation from start to finish and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate their assistance!! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone out there!
