PLEASE BEWARE: my former roommates and I were charged a $100 application fee EACH in august 2022 and according to New York government rent laws issued back in September 2019 - application fees should cost NO MORE than $20. We found that out tidbit out after we moved out and were successful in getting our money back but potential movers PLEASE be aware of shady business practices and dont allow this to happen to you!
