Monica's a great therapist. I'm a physician with a background in biomedical research, so I was a little skeptical of holistic or alternative approaches. But Monica has a broad skill set, and used what was best for me. We focused mostly on traditional talk therapy, with a heavy dose of mindfulness, which I found very effective. She created a comfortable, supportive yet challenging environment, which I found very helpful for addressing the stress of life, work and relationships. I recommend her enthusiastically.
