As a Registered Dietitian who treats eating disorders it has been invaluable to work with Rachelle as she is very collaborative. Her approach is thoughtful and kind, and supportively firm when needed. Rachelle's podcast, Understanding Eating Disorders, has been very helpful for clients. I highly recommend Rachelle!

Rachelle is a true pleasure to collaborate with and I am so grateful for all that she does for mental health and ED recovery in the NYC area. She not only is a very skilled clinician with expertise working with clients with eating disorders on their recovery, she also has an amazing podcast that goes in depth into understanding eating disorders. Any client is truly lucky to work with her. As a colleague, I have learned so much from her and value the collaboration from her with her professionalism and genuine care for her clients. I also refer so many of my clients to her Podcast as a way to both educate but also have validation in their experiences. She is a true gift to this field!
