Ordered online ,never received merchandise. Called and emailed several times for a refund still haven’t received anything. Now the site is down. Still emailing but no refund.

Avoid online orders at all cost. I never received my order and can not get a refund even though I've emailed 4 times and called countless times. If it was a larger order I would sue.

They are so rude, it's shocking. I emailed asking if they carried a certain spirit and they said they could special order it if I was interested. I said yes and that I would want 2 bottles. They said it would take a month and to check back then (it certainly would have been nice if they offered to contact me when they received it). I asked if they could in fact contact me when it arrived and they said yes. I took it upon myself to email one month later and they had not ordered it because there was no special order made. What???? I sent them the email thread and they just wouldn't admit that they messed up and didn't order it. Asked if I wanted to order it and if so, they would need a credit card. I asked if they could confirm the vendor had it in stock and they could ship immediately - since I had already waited a month. Their response was that ... "as mentioned before this is a special order, yada yada yada." Not only were they rude, they didn't even confirm that the product was in stock with the vendor. Who would ever want to do business with service like this for god sakes. Horrible, really horrible.
