Rude staff(individual working 12/21/22@ approx 6:45pm), uninterested in potential customers, no suggestions or input whatsoever, he acted as if he was being interrupted while standing behind the counter with his head down. With this type of service I'm amazed they ever get an actual customer

While the store presents itself as an eclectic array of wine, the staff lacks in knowledge and customer service. I only received help after asking, waiting, then asking again; I was the only customer in the store. With every bottle I asked about, the store keep would say "never really drink wines like that so I don't know." Well, I use to sell men's' suits, I've never worn men's suits, but I knew what I was selling. I was sold a bad suit because the clerk was not familiar with the product.

Montague Wine & Spirits is a cute little spot in Brooklyn Heights - they have a nice selection and the service is very quick + efficient! Each time Ive been popped in, Im able to find what I need quickly & easily and can be on my way!
