Whoever picked up the phone at 9.30am on 3/9 need some serious training. Her response to an incomplete order was "well you can get a refund". You missed the point. She said GrubHub is responsible so its their problem and hung up. I called back and she refuses to pick up the phone.

Spent ~$25 on 3 tacos that came with beans and rice and a mexican coke for pickup.
Upon pickup, the guy told me there was no mexican coke, gave me a regular and a bottle of water to make up the price difference. I have no idea why it's listed on the ordering menu *from their own website*, so automatically was disappointed. Bottle of water is pretty meaningless to me, regular coke is not what I'm trying to spend $3 on.
I was hoping the tacos would redeem themselves but no they were pretty mediocre. Definitely spicy. Very little flavor profile outside of being spicy. I had three different tacos.
The beans and rice were just not enjoyable either, rice was undercooked.
For $25 I'd expect banging tacos and a mexican coke. I got none of that.
Maybe I had a bad batch; but I know for sure I'm not coming back to this or any of the other locations.

Ok I just got a barbacoa burrito and esquites and my mind is BLOWN. The esquites is the best Ive had in the US no joke. Burrito is the size of my torso and everything is perfect.
