Leonard, I hope you are well and in good health. I am giving you my honest review. You should always tell people in advance what your services cost before you even meet them. Set the expectations right. Your prospects must be inform about what he or she is going to commit to before meeting you. The way you handled my appointment with you was very shady in my opinion. A con artist would do something like that. Your assistant never mentioned anything about the appointment fee , nor did you mention anything to me via email. Catching people off guard and charging people when they do not expect that is not a good practice. When you go to a restaurant and you look at the menu, do you see a price next to a meal? Exactly! You got my point. And on top of that, everything that you said on that meeting your associate, Serg, told me at no cost to me over the phone call and even more. You should have at least read my case that I sent you via email prior to our meeting. Obviously you never read it. You did not take it seriously. I hope this feedback will improve your business.
