I would not recommend Mr. Marzec to my worse enemy. He is unprofessional and has questionable billing practices. More importantly, his office is disorganized. Mr. Marzec had a consultation with my adversaries prior to becoming my attorney but he failed to check his records. Therefore, he had a conflict of interest and was disqualified from representing me by the Judge. I paid him $7300 and he demanded additional $9000 after he was removed from the case. He only represented me from November 18, 2018 to January 4, 2019. I had to hire a new attorney and pay a new retainer. Here are just a few of his questionable charges. He charged me for review of the motion to disqualify him but he did not oppose it. After the motion to disqualify him was filed, he continued to charge me just to exhaust my retainer. He charged me for preparation of motion to quash that he never filed. He continued to charge me even after he was disqualified when I met him at his office to get my file back and discuss his billing. Please avoid him at all cost.

I have never spoken to a lawyer before. Mr. Marzec spent half an hour with me discussing my legal issue and gave me advice that was totally on point. I called other lawyers but couldnt talk to an actual lawyer or I would leave message and no one would get back to me. Marzecs office is extremely efficient and he and his staff of attorneys (they have more experience as lawyers than Ive been alive) are top notch. Bottom line- I felt taken care of from the moment I called and to the moment when my matter was resolved. Sometimes Mr. Marzec and his lawyers work until 9-10pm. I was surprised when I called late one day that he picked up and was able to speak to me. I strongly recommend Mr. Marzec and his team !
