National Property Inspections Brooklyn Staten Island

I'm a first-time home buyer, so I don't know anything about home ownership. But what I do know is that I should get the house inspected before I commit thousands of dollars. I'm glad I found Jim through Google. His other reviews were spot on. Jim responded within the hour (if not quicker) after I entered my contact information into his website and was able to schedule an inspection a few days later. Jim showed up on time, brought a slew of gadgets with him and thoroughly inspected the house from rooftop to the bottom of the basement. He found problems I didn't even see, even though they were right in front of me. Jim's fee is also reasonable given the amount of work he did and the knowledge he gave me was priceless.

Jim was extremely responsive over both text and email scheduling the appointment for our inspection. He showed up early and was ready to go. During the inspection, he pointed out important details to us and took time to explain. The written inspection report was thorough and promptly provided. I was confident Jim's work was high quality and unbiased. I highly recommend working with NPI.

Jim performed the home inspection when we were buying our condo. He was extremely thorough and helpful in his inspection, and was extremely detailed in the report provided after the inspection. He was very responsive when it came to making an appointment and his prices were very reasonable - highly recommend!

Jim was wonderful. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and conducted an extremely thorough inspection of the unit I was purchasing.
