Very Pleased with the inspection. inspector took the time to explain the importance of his findings and how the repairs needed to be made. Even though i had questions he took the time to answer them when asked. Would definitely use Strictly Business Home Inspections services again if i needed them.

My mother used Ira's services to inspect a two family property we had on eye on in New York. Ira is a true professional, he basically went over every detail with a fine toothed comb. I wish I could say the home was flawless, but it needed a ton of work. Fortunately, Ira gave us a firm grasp at the situation at hand. Weeks later, our realtor was able to take his inspection report and negotiate a lower price on the home. My mother was so pleased with the detailed inspection that she was in tears when she realized how much money we saved. We also loved the energy audit we signed up for, now we have a cost effective game plan for the hot summer months. Thanks again for saving my mother $50,00.00!
