This gym is still charging me fraudulently 3 months after Ive cancelled. Went to cancel in person on 3/19, staff had me fill out a cancellation form (I took a photo), no manager was present to sign, but they said theyll take care of it. Discovered they were still charging me 3 months later, so I called and spoke to a lady named Rhonda a couple of weeks ago. She said she would investigate the issue and admitted that they switched managers during my time of cancellation, so there might be confusion. She refused to give me any proof of their fault, and provided only hand wavy answers. I got a call from crunch today saying I saying theyve changed my cancellation date to the date Rhonda spoke with me. So dishonest, she probably didnt even bother investigating, and honestly I wasnt counting on her to.

I love this gym. Its huge & the ppl who work here are awesome. Since its so big, even when its full you always have options on equipment or machines.

Joining this gym was the best decision I could have made in regards to my health and fitness journey. Unlike the many other gyms ive tried in the past, Crunch Bensonhurst makes it easy and enjoyable to get in the habit of physical fitness. Aside from the phenomenal classes, motivating staff, top-notch management and readily available equipment, the community that is fostered at this gym is invaluable to the member experience. Regardless of your experience, training plan, goals or schedule, there is a place for everyone at this gym. Every service offered is well-worth your time, money and physical commitment. As soon as I joined Crunch, I had also committed to personal training with Stephanie. I cannot say enough about the value of one-on-one sessions. I experienced a ten-fold return on this commitment in the form of knowledge that I apply to independent workouts as well as the undeniable results from the sessions themselves. A commitment to Crunch Bensonhurst is a commitment to a healthier and happier you.
