So lucky to have this gem of a market/cafe in Park Slope, offering a genuine caf experience. The small shop is integrated with the cafe and seating areas. There is an outdoor seating area in the back. The location is on a brownstone side street in the historic district. A perfect place to have a coffee and a treat, or lunch with a friend or two. If you are from out of town and visiting Park Slope, this would be a perfect place to stop by for cappuccino and a rest stop. Friendly staff, clean ,welcoming, and comfortable seating areas as well as a mindful WC.

A treasure for Italian.pantry items - everything from your favorite semolina cookies to the finest small batch pastas and sauces, coffees you can't find anywhere else and all you favorite Italian wines- because all my favorite wines are Italian ! Brunelllo , montepulciano, Amarone ...and then there is the inviting cafe - we had a half hour before the sabbath services in the synagogue began and so we ducked in for delicious coffee and pastry. If you drive here, remember to give yourself an extra twenty minutes to find a parking spot on 'no park slope' but if you arrived on bike or transit, forget the canteen style cafes where everyone is working-- this is a laptop free zone, thank goodness - truly authentic

Cute little Italian place, you can get coffee while watching them make pasta. Lots of Italian specialties. A bit pricey, but hey, it's the Slope, and we're not in the 80s any more.

I love this place! I feel so fortunate to live so close by. The coffee is delicious (all the great taste of Italian coffee in the iced format that Americans love haha). The indoor caf area and back garden are lovely. They sell excellent pecorino, parmigiano, and 00 flour for making your own pasta or you can buy fresh pasta ready-made! The owners are so friendly too and always greet me with "ciao!" :) It's a true gem in park slope. No notes. 10/10. I love it here and the aperitivo that they have in the warmer months is a treat. It's one of those places that makes you want to negotiate for more flexibility at your workplace just so you can go here more. Is that just me? Maybe. But picking up some authentic Italian grocery items and then sipping an iced americano with oat milk at a marble-top table in a little nook in the back of Un Posto Italiano makes me crave a slower, calmer, more peaceful way of life.
