Alpha is an amazing instructor! He is so patient and takes his time making sure that you feel comfortable behind the wheel and actually understanding the rules of the road. He does not give up on you and encourages you to keep trying. The office staff are polite and always answer all your questions. I never thought that I would be able to drive but I passed on my first try! I recommend Image Driving School and Alpha 100%.

I Had HORRIBLE experience with this driving school 2x. I decide to attend this school because a loved one recommended it.
I had Albert clark as my instructor. for the first 3 lessons it was ok but the last few were a very traumatizing experience for me because on the day of my road test he completely discouraged, yelling at when when I made a mistake and telling me that I was going to fail my road test. He was extremely impatient which gave me the worst anxiety. When I asked a simple questions he would shut me up with an attitude or give me a sarcastic answer because according to him they were questions not worth answering. He gave me false information regarding driving which caused me to get penalized at my road test.
I decided to give this school one more chance and booked 5 lesson just to have another impatient instructor (jamar or jamor, whatever his name is), with an attitude, when I made a mistake he got irritated and kept telling me that I "wasn't listening" I ended up ending the lesson because I felt like I was being pressured and the instructor wasn't patient with me. In the end we ended up arguing, and in this argument he was belittling me because I failed my first driving test. I have so much anxiety and fear of booking driving lessons at any driving school because of the experience I had with this school.

Signed up online and paid for a package through their website. Someone reached out to me shortly to schedule my classes. You also get a text message reminder at least a day before each driving lesson and test. I had my lessons done with Ernest. He helped me improve my driving by a LOT. He told me what problems I had and I honestly focused on improving them outside of the lessons I took. I was determined to pass my driving test this time around. (I took the test once a long time ago.) Thank you Ernest for helping me so much. I seriously went from turning erratically and hitting my brakes too hard to having a mainly smooth drive, turns included. Gear before you steer. :)
And yes I did pass. Again, thank you, Ernest!!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending this driving school, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease, by Ms.R and the other employees there.
The instructor, Ms. Debbie, was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the skills and confidence I needed to pass my driving test. She took the time to explain each lesson thoroughly and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner.
What impressed me the most about this driving school was the personalized attention that they gave to each student. During the talks Ms. Debbie and I had, she understood that everyone has different learning styles and tailored the instruction to fit each student's individual needs, including mine. Her approach was both challenging and supportive, and she always made sure that I was comfortable and confident behind the wheel.
Thanks to Ms. Debbie's excellent training, I was able to pass my driving test on the second try and now feel like a skilled and confident driver. I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking to learn how to drive or to improve their driving skills. They truly care about their students' success and go above and beyond to make sure that each one receives the best possible instruction. Thank you again, Image Driving School, for helping me become a great driver!
