I took my road test 6 different times a few years ago and was constantly failing and didn’t know why. I was using a driving school that was not helpful at all. I finally retook the 5 hour course and after the pandemic hit I couldn’t get in for a road test and then forgot about It. When I realized my certificate was about to expire my brother found John and midwood driving school and I’m SO SO thankful. John was able to get me an extension on my certificate and also get me in for a road test before my permit also expired. I took classes with Dimitri who was also absolutely wonderful. He was kind and patient and had no problem explaining and answering my questions no matter how many times I asked him. We also had some great conversations on the drives too! I passed my road test FINALLY and that’s all thanks to John and Dimitri, they are definitely 2 of the best in the business. Thank you so much John and Dimitri for your kindness and finally getting me through this test because I was a nervous wreck! John even personally reached out to me after speaking with Dimitri to congratulate me on getting my license and I’ll be doing some highway lessons with John soon. Thanks again for everything guys, the 7th time was the charm lmao

If you are serious about passing your road test ferst time, you must contact YURI. My Instructor YURI is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He is the BEST! I have taken the road test 4 times with another driving school, then I decided to switch to Midwood driving school. That was the best decision I made. I passed on my first attempt. Yuri taught me all the skills and techniques needed to pass my roadtest and to become a safe driver. I can go on and on..... Thank you Yuri...

Yuri is by the far the best instructor at the school! I’ve only taken 6 classes with him and I’ve already passed my test. He was kind, but still stern when teaching. He made sure you do it until you get it right! I definitely recommend you request Yuri as an instructor!!

I took a driving lesson today it was horrible I do not recommend this place the instructor had an attitude from the beginning. He was screaming at me while driving which is very dangerous. He does not know how to talk to people. I called back to make a complaint the guy said he will call me back in an hour no call he made excuses for the instructor stating that he worked their for years. I called him back no answer. At the end of the lesson the instructor tried to pressure me to take more lessons when I said I’m not sure he said it’s a yes or no. I told him no because I didn’t feel comfortable with his attitude he got upset and started yelling. Overall not a good experience. He was Russian and comes off a little like racist. As you can see by the last review the people here are rude and unprofessional. I was planning to take 3 lessons a week for at least a month you guys lost my business
