Will not be returning to see Dr. Haleh Stratton again. I went to this office for the second time a couple weeks ago, after seeing a fairly competent and careful doctor in the same office back in 2019, just to check on a few things. From the start of the appointment I felt uneasy: the intake nurse couldn't answer fairly simple questions I was asking about the structure of a normal skin screening/exam (what was included, what would be at an additional cost) and to make matters worse, during intake another nurse kept walking in and out of our room, leaving the sliding door to the room ajar, while Dr. Stratton's nurse was asking me personal questions about my medical history. Bizarre and extremely unprofessional. After the nurse was done processing my information, she informed me that Dr. Stratton would be in shortly and left the room. About a minute later, while still sitting in the room, I heard the nurse I had just seen, Dr. Stratton, and others (maybe another doctor or nurse) talking LOUDLY about something I had shared during intake. Not only did the nurse relay incorrect information about what I had shared, but over the course of this incredibly inappropriate and insensitive overheard conversation, the doctor, who I had yet to meet, said something along the lines of "well, she doesn't know what she's talking about--why would she do that? these patients really don't know what they're talking about, so you have to ask more follow-up questions." I was in shock! After wrapping up her minutes-long roast, Dr. Stratton came into the room and spent all of 2 minutes with me and barely got close enough to me to actually do any sort of skin screening. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I don't normally write reviews like this, but I sincerely hope no one has to have a similar experience with Dr. Stratton. I left feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. I'll certainly be seeking out a different doctor/office next time!
