Dr Germain is kind, caring and very professional. I had a great experience at her office. My children are happy during dental care and I am happy to have her as my family dentist.

I couldn't ask for a better dentist . My experience with her was the best. Dr. Germain was very gentle. Everyone were very nice to me.

The workers and the dentist herself is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for 9am, when i got there their was no one at the front desk. The young lady walked in as though we slept in the same bed . First off she said there is no information in the system for me; Mind you I have been there before. After waiting more than 30 mins the Dentist just walked in only to inform me that she no longer take my insurance. Are you kidding me so what happen to the day I called to make the appointment. I specificated stated I have health first. Waste of time. They walk around like chickens without head, having uneccessary conversations dont waste your time. I had to call her out one time because she was busy traing her worker while I laying there waiting to clean my teeth. She does a good job cleaning but to unprofessional.

This was an unpleasant experience. My appointment was at 9:00am. The doctor didnt arrive until 9:45am and still after being late she sat in the office for 15 minutes. That showed absolutely no regard for the patients. Still after an hour long wait time , I received subpar treatment. The cleaning lasted 10 minutes at best & In all of the times I had a cleaning there has always been multiple tools used to get the plaque off & do a proper cleaning. She only used a tool to flush water through the teeth and then followed up with a polish. I know that I will have to follow up with a dentist who not only cares about their patients, but also can adequately do the job. Also, it is a shame that folks treat lower income folks with such disdain and subpar treatment. I know that when I was better off, my choice dentist office would never demonstrate this type of behavior.
