I had an appointment but was not able to make it. I called to cancelled and a courtesy to reschedule was not extended. The dental office still had me as though my appointment was kept. Dishonest as does this mean you will be billing my insurance even though I was not seen. Tried to call and no one has gotten back to me. Not happy at all as this was my favorite place....

I want to express my gratitude to Flatlands Dental Care and especially Dr. Oksana Zak, for the outstanding service they provided during my recent visit. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Zak, was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I had a very comfortable visit, not much waiting, polite and professional front office staff. The Dental Assistant was courteous and professional. Dr Zac was thorough and is certain to follow up on any paperwork that needs to be sent to the Insurance Company .
