Do not fall for the review of 5 star the customer service is really bad we had place an order in mid November we did not get it till mid January and we had paid for white gloves service and when the order come there was damaged to the night stand and the bed frame and the tv stand we had spend about 12k and we are still not able to get the items fixed. And all they want to do is TOUCH UP NO I didnt pay for TOUCH UP resend me the brand new and thae this back. there is no one really willing to help get your items fixed the way it should be and they say that we are not willing or want someone to come fix it. But i have 100s of email to them saying send someone to fix it or give my money back. Today is 4/9/24 and my items are still not fix the way it should be as brand new

Placed an 8g order the beginning of March for items that were in stock and ready to ship. Company repetitively changes shipping date and items are now projected mid April after having shipping pushed back numerous times. Poor customer service when order was placed, should have canceled and purchased local.
