Good customer service, but horrible warehouse and shipping management. Sometimes you have to learn to let whoever is in charge of that section go. Unable to confirm/ship orders in a realistic timeframe. Who takes 5 days to confirm an order?? They stuck in the 90's?

I don't understand those extolling the wonders of these sheets. They are, at best, ordinary and overpriced for that. More important, the stitching used to finish the edges is a very simple long, straight stitch; a stitch that a child could handle. That makes me wonder about their manufacturing process. Do they really have oversight over the manufacturing conditions or are manufacturers shipping goods from child labor factories into a model factory that is monitored? Even if not, anyone who has sewn knows this is painfully tedious work that supplies no positive sense of accomplishment. And given the finish chemicals that one can easily smell on the linens (the blanket is the worst), the conditions in their factories must be very difficult. Brooklinen presents themselves as an ethical manufacturing company, but the product evidence does not support that.

My husband and I first bought a core bundle set (sheets, pillows, comforter) for our master bedroom a few years back and loved the quality and feel of the set. So mush so, that we purchased another two sets for our two guest house bedrooms. Our guests comment every time about how plush the bedding is and always ask where we got all of the bedding. We have even started purchasing the bundles as house warming gifts for our grown children. We highly recommend Brooklinen. The quality is outstanding for the price point.

Love the products - bought four sets of sheets and bath towels. Costumer service is very good. Sheets feel much more expensive than they are. I'm a fan.
