Dynasty Chinese Restaurant - Brooklyn

First off, the short older guy who appears to be the owner who always appears angry nonchalantly had his thumb marinating in his nose while making eye contact with me, then proceeded to bag people's food. Secondly, I ordered two pieces of chicken and I can tell the guy who took more order said something about it because he spoke something in his language and a few of the workers looked back at me. People can order what they want, even if its two piece of chicken, if that's a problem, then say you guys don't do that from the jump.

Customer service is terrible. The man in the back who bags your food is very rude. They only show respect to police officers but are disrespectful to black customers

I live 20 mins away and I drive all the way over there for my food I will not eat Chinese food from any place else.
