I worked here, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. Company is money hungry and greedy. If your kid is absent one day the next day they come in there won't be any food for them because when a child is absent they pay for less food. They don't actually care about the kids, the place is unorganized mess. The drama and the people they hire are horrendous, the turnover rate is so bad because of the company itself I only lasted 2 months. I truly feel bad for the kids, overpriced overly expensive but the kids barely get anything new, no actual planned activities because the company doesn't want to pay for anything, always running out of essentials like paper towels and sporks and won't get new ones for a week. Disgusting.

Horrible. I give them a 1Star they lucky I can't put no stars.  The staff for the daycare Is Very Rude and Unprofessional. Do a favor to your kids do not send them there.

THIE REVIEW IS FOR THE FARRAGUT AVE LOCATION. RUDE staff, average run of the mill day care. I called three times within a week and a half and left three messages no one ever got back to me. Always a different person to answer the phone but the same nasty attitude. I wanted to tour the place and stopped in after work (5ish), No adult was at the door or desk. I'm not going to leave my baby with that.

I am leaving my name unknown so the name you see isnt me. but I used to work for this company for 6 months. it was horrible. they destroy your mental health. working here was stressing me out so bad it was messing with my actual health. this company only cares about money. they overprice everything yet the kids play with ripped up old toys that is donated from thrift stores or past parents. the daycare is dirty. they let the kids eat off the floors. they let the kids beat each other up. the teachers eat the kids foods then tell the kids they have eaten everything their parents brought. there's no activities for the kids. we barely got to see the music and yoga teacher. nothing is properly cleaned. no one knows how to do their jobs. I was the only one who didnt give parents attitudes or issues. I loved my kids and their parents. I worked their for 6 months and got treated like crap. when I was the one who stayed for 2 months alone with 8 screaming babies no breaks or help was given from 8-6 and I barely complained. it wasn't until ii snapped (not at my babies) for them to finally give me some sort of help but by then it was already summer and I had maybe at most 4 or 5 kids all summer. I heard at other locations for them to get the kids to sleep they put them in rockers and put a fitted crib sheet over the rocker with the baby in it. I heard people fight with the kids and parents at other locations. a past teacher at the location I worked at got so mad one day that teacher grabbed the kids by their arms hard and was roughly tossing them onto the carpet and never got fired or written up. they give them food that was out all day. the food is absolutely gross I wouldn't even give it to my dog. for all the OT I was doing they barely gave me my OT money. this company lies to the parents. they lie to their employees. by law if you work 40 hour weeks you get benefits. my friend worked 40 hour weeks as a sub and got no benefits and when she asked her benefits they cut her hours and tried to keep her off the schedule. there was a sub that treated the kids with an attitudes and mistreated everyone. she only got fired for stealing company time. she never got written up or anything for her treatment of the kids. and those who has fought in front of kids. they still have jobs with this company. this job thinks i left because of a situation that happened. no I left because im tired of this company and im tired of the people I worked with. everyone is in your business. people get jealous and start drama. and this isn't how you run or work in a daycare. we take care and help raise these babies. we need to act like it. do not send you kids here. they will not be properly cared for. for the money you'd be paying you can pay a nanny for half of the cost to put them in daycare. please just find one person to love and properly care for your pride and joys.
