The co-op made the process so easythey quickly arranged for us to interview six prospective nannies. All six seemed skilled, dedicated, and caringit was hard to choose! But the woman we hired has turned out to be truly fantastic. She has been caring for our daughter for 2.5 years now and we couldnt be happier. Thank you, Beyond Care!

We are so happy that we found Beyond Care Cooperative when needed childcare for our infant son. My partner and I were quite nervous to leave him with someone new at first, but the caregiver that was paired with our family went above and BEYOND :). Once we saw how she interacted with him, our nerves subsided almost immediately. She read books, played with him, and sent us updates throughout the day unprompted. I'm surprised to read that another reviewer had a hard time getting in touch with them because our communication was always timely. We never had a problem getting any questions answered or our concerns addressed.If you are looking for a caregiver service that also has a tremendous social impact, look no further. while they did have a bit of a rough transition period with their secretary (as the previous reviewer speaks to), i can attest this is one of the best sources of childcare around. super reliable and trustworthy, and an amazing social impact. I love supporting local immigrant woman who own their own business together! thanks Beyond Care, keep up the awesome work!!

I have used Beyond Care twice to supplement my nanny coverage.  The women they send were amazing -- professional, grounded, enthusiastic, responsible, and really in love with caring for children.  I felt great about the care my twin toddlers were getting and I also felt great that the women in question were earning a living wage and being treated as the professionals that they are. Because of the quality of service they provide and the general need for great childcare, they have a lot of business.  But if you are fortunate enough to hire one, I'm pretty sure you will be thrilled.
