Daniel was great. I needed a new screen protector and he took time to put it on for me and made sure I was 100% happy with his work. Definitely would come back. Thank you!

I was so happy and relieved after leaving this store. I was on the verge of leaving AT&T, but Daniel and Natalya changed my mind. He showed me all the possible options/features, and even fixed my phone (when I thought it wasnt fixable). I will definitely come to this branch for all my future inquiries- as well as bring all my friends and family here!

Solid store and I am left with no complaints after getting my latest upgrade. Staff was professional and attentive to my needs, wish it was as simple as this every time I get a new phone.

My name Oleg Filipyev, I want to take a moment to recognize my shopping experience in one of att locations on sheapshed bay. I recently went in one of the store at 1526 sheapshed bay. The stuff is amazing. They very knowledgeable about their products and the new exactly wat I wanted. I was browsing threw the store and one of the employees Danny come up to me and asked me if I needed any help with something. I wasnt planing to buy anything at that moment but the way he provided the service, I could refused to buy it. I was looking for particular cover for my I phone 8 plus and they didnt had the one I wanted. But lovely lady that works with Danny, found me the cover that fit my phone and I bought it. The team is amazing and everyone should take example of how they treat the customers and provide the service.
