        They were given the phone to repair (a charging port) and ship to us. After 3 weeks of waiting for it (!) and multiple tries to reach them, we get the response that the repaired phone was shipped to us without a clearly written address and so was returned to the store. Waiting another few days now to receive the phone. Ridiculous. No apology. No notice. No tracking provided for the package and impossible to reach. Please do better!
