Purchased a "quick speed" wireless charger from them that doesn't work -- wouldn't let me return it even though it's so clearly defective. Waste of money and time.

I took my phone to the Apple store and they said it couldn't be fixed without sending it in for repairs that would cost upwards of $1000 and that it wasn't worth it. Then I brought it to The Phone Works & Co and Jay fixed good as new for $190! I'm always coming here if I need my phone looked at from now on.

Jay saved me this weekend. My iPhone screen stopped working suddenly, Apple store refused to fix my screen due to 'liquid' damage and I did not have a recent backup performed so getting a brand new phone would lead to me losing years of data. In 20 minutes, Jay replaced my iPhone screen and charged me less than what Apple was initially going to charge. Highly recommend this spot, wish I had gone here before I spent 5 hours at the Apple Store
