Carpet & Rug Cleaner Linden

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I had handed in my rug to be cleaned 3.5 months ago and called every now and then to check on the status of the rug as they initially quoted me 2 weeks for a cleaning. The technician never called me back to check in on the status of the rug. They kept saying someone will call me back within 10 minutes and I have yet to get a missed call from them months later. I had also escalated it to a manager and he never called after they said he tried calling me at a specific time one night. Clearly they are scamming me or lost the rug all together. A couple weeks ago they said it was out for delivery and they would be reaching out and they never did. They also recently blocked my phone number all together. Do not use them - very untrustworthy and a waste of time. Service: Area rug cleaning
