The machine was leaking water and he almost flooded my laundry and left a huge stain mark on the carpet from all the water it leaked.

Worst carpet cleaning service ever. Carpets were looking fine before, but due to the lease agreement we had to have it cleaned, and afterwards the carpets looked terrible.

This place is amazing. After repairing my rugs with small dealers, I finally found the place that even dealers take the rugs to clean. Mike was the one that helped me and I could tell he knew what he was doing. My rug was delivered to me and was clean like it was new. Will never go anywhere else with my high-end rugs. They even offered to pick up my rugs next time I need them cleaned. Thanks, Mike.

I LOVE Royal Carpet & Rug Cleaning, and am so happy that both I and my perpetually animal-soiled rugs live a stone's throw from them. They are kind, polite, on time, do a fabulous job, and somehow make you feel they really care about both you and the state of your rugs. Solid gold. Cannot recommend them enough.
