        Walked in with my chain skipping gears on my road bike and whenever I put pressure on my pedals. They put my bike up on the stand right away, explained the issue, and fixed it. The staff was friendly and also gave me some great advice regarding shifting and maintenance. Ive been cycling for awhile and somehow didnt know about trimming. I did go in mid day on a weekday, so it wasnt that busy, but I was really surprised that they were able to assess and fix the issue within about 30 minutes. Great service.
