I bought pedals and they put them on for free without my asking. Also comped a small issue with my internal gear hub. Been going for a few years. Nice, patient, fast enough.

I've never written a review on Google before but this shop has been the bane of my existence for the past two weeks. They are quite literally never open for their posted hours of 10 am to 7 pm. I work 1-5 and have gone before and after work to use their free air service and they've not been opened ONCE in the several times I've gone... I've arrived at 11:30 am, 12pm, 5:30pm and each time they were closed?? They're the closest shop to me and the only one with this service that I know of. Being a student making minimum wage with bills, school supplies, and groceries to pay for I really hoped I wouldn't have to spend money on an airpump if a free alternative was available close by but it looks like that's what it's gonna have to be. I appreciated that they offered such a nice service to the community but it's pretty much useless if yall are gonna be closed at the most unpredictable hours. If there's some kind of special reason why this is happening I can maybe excuse it but otherwise change your posted hours if yall aren't going to abide by them.

Meh. They have gear and bike stock, that's something. Mechanic just told me my 105 11sp front derailleur was "gunked up" (his words 😂🤣) so I'd have to replace it to get it shifting properly again 😂🤣😂🤣😂😆. Of course after a little degreaser, hot water, and lube, it works fine. My bike was dirty - being that it's winter and I ride year round, I haven't been babying it like I do in summer - so perhaps it offended his delicate sensibilities. What amounts to "it's dirty so buy a new one" is dumbest mechanical recommendation I've heard in a while. Buy gear here at MSRP, and bikes for decent prices, but don't expect good service. Oh, and they chipped my top cap. 😑 Find a good mechanic and follow them wherever they work
