B's Bikes

TL;DR: Technician put an oversized cassette on my bike and now it's non-functioning/dangerous to ride. When I returned to get it fixed, the tech (different one) told me that the other tech put on the wrong cassette, but then did nothing to fix the problem. Same said tech told me my bike was too old to fix, and didn't stop short of insulting my bike or my intelligence. Conclusion: B's isn't taking ownership of their work, and I'm no longer a customer. PEACE 🖖🏾

I was headed to a time sensitive appointment and caught a flat tire and I didn’t bring any money. Luckily I wasn’t too far and explained to the owner my situation and fixed my tire himself and allowed me to come back and pay him later, allowing me to make my appointment on-time and a new tire. He didn't know me I could have left and never came back but he still chose to help me out, Thank you sir.

They fixed my bike for free twice…. The handle was loose one time and my tire was flat. I was riding it from Queens they saved my days! So nice of them!

I was looking for a new bike for a better commute to work. I got interested in the Fuji Feather after seeing them on B’s Bikes Instagram and wanted to go see them in person. The guys at the shop were really informative and helpful. After test riding a few options with a range of prices, I knew the Feather was the way to go. They work very quickly and within a day I had a brand new bike built with the frame in my size. And when I noticed an uncomfortable “clicking” in the back wheel they swapped it out for a new one in no time at all. I highly recommend!
