      • COMPASSIONATE CLEANING

        I received amazing customer service from TRACY at this location! I ordered a few items online for in store pickup and didn't realize that someone the items were cancelled until I got to the store and I used my rewards points for the items so I didn't know known what was going to happen then.Tracy made an experience that could've easily been irritating, very smooth !! She tried to see what routes we could goto make sure I got the other two items being that I used my rewards points and were weren't Sure If they're going go back on the card. She got on the phone with customer service and they were Able to ship the cancelled items to my home ! thanks again Tracy I really appreciate your customer service !
