What an experience! Super talented and efficient staff ready to help you start to finish. Received amazing service and great reception as soon as I entered the door. Rolby is a genius and put together my order for 2 rental bathrooms (all components perfectly coordinated) minutes.

A Ferguson customer for 20 years, I never encountered poor customer service as I did today in the Brooklyn Heights location. I felt that I was in the way by coming into the showroom (instead of hi, welcome to our showroom it was is anybody helping you?) was asked if I had an account (does that matter?), and then grilled about what I wanted to buy. Ill head back to Lawrenceville and be greeted with courtesy and respect. Brian Numme

Really disappointed. Scheduled an appointment, had a productive meeting and I have been completely ghosted by the sales rep. with absolutely zero follow-up. I followed up via email and still I haven't received a response back. I was ready to purchase everything with them. I plan to find other showrooms to do business with.
