I lived here and rented from the owner. Mob, gangster, drug dealers, drug addicts, shady behavior. arnold ruderman has harassed and got me fired from my job. arnold ruderman had his employees sort and decide the mails I should receive for more than two and a half years. arnold ruderman stole documents sent to me with my three childrens social security numbers. arnold ruderman has been harassing me and have others stalk and harass me for over two years and a half. arnold ruderman is tied to the mob, 63rd precinct doing anything but police business, russian spies, nyc mta transit, nyc sanitation, uber, hes even linked to planes flying over us. Make no mistake, when you see the war in Israel, they have many silent partners in very discreet places funding them.They call businesses like these shell companies. My advice: never ever allow this man arnold ruderman to hug you or share anything personal with him. Youre absolutely lucky if you never ever have physical contact with this man. He said hes from a broken family, I can only imagine how broken. Its sad, these types of sickos go to their synagogue and play and smile with children arnold ruderman seek help!!!
