Assistant Branch Manager, Azra Sabovic, significantly enhances my, overall, perspective of Apple Bank. My sincere gratitude is, indeed, extended to each staff member, appertaining to said branch office's team, who furnish amply respectful, proper financial essentials. I've, indeed, established continuity in possessing loyalty toward patronizing Apple Bank's branch office ~ 1321 Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY 11229. I used to be a customer at this branch for over 20 years and would always get friendly , professional services
Recently I moved out of Brooklyn, but came in because I was In the area and needed advice on one of my accounts
I waited over 30 minutes to speak with a 'specialist ' who was scolding me down and telling me to wait because she was with a customer.... another 'specialist ' was busy chatting on the phone.
Considering the past I waited while first specialist was chatting away with the customer, discussing family issues, I guess unaware that I understand. Also, there were some unflattering comments made about her colleagues.
So I left and will never come back. So sad that current management allows to run this branch to the ground

What a horrible experience! Took a family member to do some transactions...a problem, especially if you are Black with money. To the other 'sista' that decided to profile and gatekeep, do better!! If you were any ruder to me, she would have pulled her account. What did you say to me?? Keep that energy with others and see where it takes you, Ms. J. Lyles!!! You were intentionally hurtful and humiliating. You were not doing your job. You used your height, weight and position to treat me like a criminal in front of 'your client', who is MY beloved aunt. Not to mention a minor was also present. You even tried to keep her there. At one point I questioned whether I should call the police. You, 'young lady', are nothing but a big bully!!!
Had to edit and add on because I was reminded about another branch. What is it about banking while Black do you not like? At another location, it's so awkward, with comments like 'that's a lot of money'.. for whom? Is this part of their training?
