        Do not use this bank, very inconvenient and rule. My father, he is over 80 asked me to take him here today. I took my time off from work and drove an hour to his place and picked him to get here (over 1.5 hours) just for him to withdraw money. He arrived 1:30pm, (the bank close @2pm) the rep. turned him away said that they do not accept additional service today. How can they said that to a senior citizen over 80 which very difficult to get here In this covid19 difficult time. I strongly recommend do not use this bank. All the banks next to it open until 4pm. I told my dad to close his account and open an account a block away which is more convenient and better manner. If I can give negative stars, this bank would deserve -5 stars. Abacus Bank Sucks! management team please use your brain and train your staffs for better business. Especially to senior citizens in this difficult time. ABACUS had the WORST EXPERIENCE In my life to the banks!!!!
