Dr Bregman and team are very knowledgeable, helpful and sensitive. We’ve had multiple cats, all of whom have had great quality of life due to his care.

Dr. Bregman is great, I have not experienced anything negative here. He seems to be very compassionate and gives very sound advice. His rates are also extremely fair, we did a lot of research. He and his staff have also made a lot of accommodations for us during lengthy treatments and other issues for our cats. They always remember us when we come in too, which is nice.

DO NOT GO here if you have an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL. They charge $50 per AIRLINE to fill out a single page form.
This used to be a good place to go in Williamsburg. It has changed.
Poor bedside manner from Mr Bregman.
If you decide to go, see the female veterinarian. That is the best advice I can give.
Vaccinate elsewhere.

What are you people talking about? I have been to Dr. A Bregman twice now. The first time, me and my boyfriend felt it was urgent and no other place would take us! He was honest and upfront and let us know what needed to be done, (like a New Yorker I might add, much appreciated), as first time pet parents, also wanting someone we could trust (& not to pick our pockets). Second time, nothing but good vibes again, charged me only for a follow up check-up, (which let me say was totally affordable, both times!) and also slid a treat down the hall to my pup on our way out the door. This man is a DOCTOR, not your waitress, he doesn’t have to tell you he’s sorry, just listen to him and take care of your animal with what is directed, I'm sure it’s not personal.

I thought our doctor's communication skills were poor and that he could have been more sensitive when speaking to us about what was happening to our dog. Some compassion and more information would have been appreciated, but instead he seemed eager to leave the room. I left with more questions than answers. I'm going somewhere else for a 2nd opinion.
