        BEWARE NON-AUTHORIZED CHARGES!!! Upon picking my pet up after a surgical procedure, the vet tech handed me a tube of cream. I thanked them and left only to discover later that my credit card, which they had kept on file, had been automatically charged $40! (This for a tube of medication that costs $15 on Chewy, BTW). There was no disclosure that this tube was not included in the overall charge for the surgery, already paid for. When I called them about it their was no acknowledgement on their part that handing something to someone without disclosing that they will be charged for it, or how much it will be, is not an acceptable business practice. Transparency and integrity win you customers for life, shady practices like this lose them...

        My dog usually hates going back to the vet but she was surprisingly chill here. Didnt wait too long, the techs and the doctor answered all my questions, vaccinations were done efficiently, and its not impossible to get an appointment.
