I needed a transportation last minute due to my ride cancelled on me so I quickly called Cathay Express I found on google and got a ride for me within 1 hours time. I recently switched over to Cathay Express and I was very surprised by their professionalism. Not only did they arrive exactly on time, but the communication was just excellent. I knew exactly what vehicle to look for, how much longer it would take for the vehicle to arrive and where the vehicle was at the moment. The previous company I was with had issues with tardiness and lack of communications. Sometimes, they wouldn't even pick up my calls. I am very glad I was able to find Cathay Express. You guys are angels. Thank you!!

I absolutely recommend Cathay Express to anyone in need of this type of service. My grandmother is wheelchair bound and it is so difficult to get her into our family cars. Their service allowed her to be with our family and celebrate Christmas or other important gatherings. This was significantly raised her quality of life. Recently, she had a dental appointment and they also made same day transport happen. I can not thank Cathay Express enough. They provide excellent service and are always easy to reach, professional and courteous. They also make my grandmother feel comfortable during the ride and frequently check on her. Thank you for your excellent work and for providing such a helpful service!

I use this company every time I need to see my doctor and they always deliver. They arrive on time and their service is top notch. Vehicles have the latest equipment and the drivers are trained to be the best in the business. I could not feel safer. I will always use Cathay Express
