Simply an AWSOME company, dispatchers and drivers alike! Very punctual, clean vehicles, and professional. I told my driver Kim that my mother needs to get to her appointment on time, he made sure to cut traffic out and get us there on time. They are the best!!!

Highly recommend. We needed someone last minute to take my mother to her doctor's appointment. They showed up quickly and their van was new and clean and the driver was very helpful. We would use them again.

I am grateful for cathay express. They take care of my loved ones and treat them like family. It gives me the peace of mind knowing my loved ones are being well taken care of when Ican;t be there. We used them for almost 1 year and I have no complaints. Communication is excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

My family came to visit me out of state. I have a big family and I wanted to show them up state New York. I called this wheelchair transportation company and rented big van for 12 people. The van was more than I expected clean nice and big. And the driver was even nice & help me a lot. I will definitely recommend cathay express transportation to anyone with loved ones in a wheelchair.
