        5 stars for ambulette driver Jessie ?/ Justin? to Jersey City Medical Center Oupatient Center from The Atrium and Ronald (driver) on our return trip. Both gentlemen were kind, helpful and professional on all levels. Thank you!

        This is the most unprofessional pick up service ever. The drivers pick the patient up and theyre on the phone having vulgar, inappropriate conversations. When you speak to the dispatcher they are incredibly rude and unconcerned about the patient, they lie when they tell you that they are on their way and sometimes it takes 2 hours for them to pick the patient up. They are not concerned about the patient at all I spoke to dispatch and there was no empathy for having the patient wait for nearly 2 hours in pain. Do not use this service.
