Left my Auntie sitting outside for her Appointment after saying theyd be here in 5min and ended up not coming for over 40min in 30degree weather. Never again.

Last night I watched as a Christian Ambulette dumped 4 plastic bins of someones personal items on my street, at dusk. Not even on the side walk. They were so lazy and thoughtless that they dumped the belongings, presumably a customers, personal items on the street - IN A PARKING SPOT. Then they drove away- way over the speed limit. It was like witnessing a breakup hit n' run. What kind of person does this?

If I could give a negative review, I would. Their dispatcher, Tito, has no problem calling their elderly clients to yell at them for "not being ready to go" when 1- their drivers don't call to let them know they're there 2- they show up hours late ALL the time and 3- they have been waiting but their drivers just wait a minute and then take off saying they'll be back later. Their DRIVERS EXTORT money and ask for "presents" and "lunch". $5 to some may be nothing, but for the elderly, $5 here and there is a LOT of money and then what happens when they don't give the money? They have to worry that the driver will show up when they need him and not even reply when they ask him a question??? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
