        The worst transportation ever How are they even in service?! They leave you more then 3 hours waiting for a ride. They do not care for their passengers especially the elderly and disabled waiting in the cold so long. Passengers must call insurance to make a complaint on this company.

        The WORST company EVER. Do not use. So unprofessional, so rude, keep hanging the phone on me. They refused to come upstairs to take the patient down after a hip surgery, and when the nurses brought the patient down THEY LEFT!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

        Unprofessional dispatcher at 1:28pm 7/22/19 cursed, threatened and used the word Faggot when I simply inquired for an eta on pick up. I ask to speak to supervisor and he stated he was the boss! DO NOT USE THIS GHETTO FAB COMPANY. I will be calling better business bureau, defamation league, and a lawyer!
