Ambulette

Ambulette van was old, ride was very uncomfortable where you felt every bump on trip; We also needed to wait a long time for pick up (2 hours) which was very difficult for elderly patient.

Worst ambulette ever. waiting from 1.44 pm and now its 3.39 and still waiting for pick up.

Left me stranded for 2 hours..Then I had cancelled 1 trip. And they started playing games. Left me on hold for × amount of time. Picked up again and transffered the call. Ring Ring then busy signal. I was patient enough with them but they are unprofessional. New drivers have an attitude. I'm not the one to complain, But they get no stars on my book. As I said 2 to 3 hour wait. Drivers have no knowledge of directions.they use Waze and still get lost. BBB here I come
