The sale process - buying my vehicle - was painless, and the salesman was great. Unfortunately he promised me a part that took over 3 months to get! First it was ordered and I was told a month later it was in. When I went to the Parts department (in person), they told me it was never ordered. I left and emailed the salesman, who swore up and down it was there. So I went back (in person) and the Service counter guy first lied and said it wasn't there, then I held my ground and they went and looked for it and found it ... but just one half of the kit. So I left and asked the salesman to follow up. Another month went by and he said it was in, finally, and I went there. I skipped the Service desk (who have now lied to me on three separate occasions, to my face) and went to the Parts desk. They produced the kit but it was not assembled. The service team refused to assemble it as they were on their union-mandated lunch break. As I could not wait an hour for them to watch YouTube videos on their phone and laugh, I left and the Parts people said they would mail the part to a body shop near me. Two weeks later, it was still not there.
The post-sale follow-up is the worst experience I've ever had with a company from whom I bought a vehicle. I do not recommend them. By all means buy a car, but DO NOT GO THERE FOR PARTS OR SERVICE, you will be lied to. When I was there, I witnessed the Service rep on the phone lie to the customer he was speaking with!
