Plaza Honda

They use totally deceptive means to get you there. I use TrueCar on the internet to do my car buying research. I put in for a Honda Pilot and got an offer from Plaza with a Vin # specific to the vehicle. I made an appointment to drive the 19 miles the next day and get the car after I confirmed they had it there in stock. They called me when I was enroute to the dealership and I again asked if the vehicle was there. Confirmed availabe by second person. Upon arrival, the salesperson they assigned me told me it was just sold. So, I ask to see a manager and rip him, and he tells me it is not there yet and the car is arriving soon. Despite them having all inventory on computers no one knows where this car is that I got an offer for??????? Total bait and switch as then he tried to sell me a more expensive model. Stay away from this place.

Ali Akbar was amazing. My wife and I came in, and Ali showed us around. Not only Ali was patient with us, but he took the time and explain to us the features of this car. I will definitely recommend plaza Automall and Ali to family and Friends.

As soon I figured out what I wanted, Willie Eric hopped right into the process of getting me situated.
