Absolute trash housing corporation. Any tenant complaint is disregarded despite literal emergency conditions, just check the violation record for any building they own. They take advantage of New Yorkers who cant afford to go anywhere else while smiling in the communitys face and saying theyre helping. The office is such a mess they cant even figure out who lives where and whether or not they paid rent, causing them to send rent paying tenants overdue rent notices and eviction slips. They forced me and my neighbors to go without adequate heat and hot water during the holidays, which were quite literally the coldest days of the year. Families with children were forced to unsafely use the gas range oven to heat their homes. Building supers cant be reached.
Please for the love of god, if you can live somewhere these people dont own- do it. Aquinas Housing, Grenadier Realty, Torres Housing, Carrol-Burke, its all the same group of people with a different shell corp on paper.
