        Apartment repairs have been neglected for years after being reported on several occasions.

        Yes apartments are up to date and cute. However, building is horrible, dirty, people are very dirty, you can hear EVERYTHING due to the walls. Leaking, wood floors in the summer times get somehow lifted from the floors like a lump. Neighbors are rude and disgusting. Lived there for only 1 year and bounce. Rent super high beside all the cons.
