One star and for two reasons only: 1) The place is clean; 2) They have improved on their line management a lot. That's when the good ends and the bad begins. First of all, before coming here beware of the fact that the employees here 1) Hate their jobs; 2) Hate their lives; 3) and most importantly, they hate you. Seriously though, at times here you may get more done by talking to a brick wall then with the folks there, in the end a brick wall would show a lot more understanding to you than they would.
Understanding? Reasoning? Flexibility? That is thrown out the window as soon as you enter this place. Don't expect to get nothing done unless you got everything you absolutely need for whatever transaction it is your doing, because they are not going to have it any other way.
I don't have my ID right now; this means that I can't pick up my package anymore. I tried to show them other documentation that proves to them that I am me but to no avail. That feeling you get when you know they can totally do what it is that you need them to do but they won't do it regardless for such a minor thing is the worse ever.
When I went there today, I had faith that I would talk to a human, in the end I spoke to an agent, not a person. I am not someone to leave bad reviews often but today was the exception. I am so upset, I hope and pray that I never have to return there again, but sadly it is a guarantee that I will have to deal with these people again.

This place consistantly lose packages and refuse to have anyone take any accountability for the packages they lose. This the second time my package has never arrived and they do nothing about it. Please report these people its insane the amount of incompetency. At least one woman tried to help but the others just made me somebody elses problem.

Mailman steals packages. He claims he delivered a package in my mailbox at 10pm. A package that was too big to fit inside my mailbox yet he claims he delivered it at 10pm

Horrible customer service. Incompetent workers. Nobody seems to know what they're doing. Not only that they have nasty attitudes.
