The staff was very friendly and helpful guided me through every step of the process. Despite long line on Saturday morning for walk in passport service the staff was very polite and patient. I was in so much pain that staff offered me a chair from the staff room to comfort me to complete my passport process with my 2 daughters. I would highly recommend this place. And personally appreciate the help of the entire staff at that post office. Thank you Bellerose staff. I wish I knew the name to personally thank them.

Walked in to apply for my kids' passport on a weekday around noon. Practically empty and lady gave us clear instructions on what we needed (copies of license & birth certificate etc). Gentleman that assisted us with the actual process was friendly and efficient. Totally hassle free and would def recommend this location for walk-in for passport application.
